My One Direction Take Me Home Tour Experience.

Thought I'd start off with this. It's taken up most of my year so far so it deserves to go first.
It's a very rambly kind of review but not a review more just me typing very excitedly about the whole weekend.

In March 2012, One Direction released tickets for their 2013 World Tour, which is crazy! Between us, me and my best friend Jasmine (who I happened to meet through the boys in November 2010), set out to get tickets for a show at the London O2 and Cardiff. We successfully got both and then Jasmine got Birmingham tickets as well, so that was three dates we had to look forward to this year. We were fully aware that at some point in the next year we could grow to dislike the boys but obvs this didn't happen because it's One Direction!

So fast forward to early 2013 and we started to plan our trips across the country. London was first so we did our normal me staying at her house and then we'd head to the city from there. We had quite good seats for this show, right in the middle in the back block of the Level 1 so we had a fab view of everything. It was a brilliant first show and made us mega excited for Cardiff which was the following weekend.

(I would insert a couple of photos from that show here but just realised I put them on my laptop which is broken and I'm currently using my mum's, sorry!)

Cardiff! This would have been the best weekend if it wasn't for the fact that the staff at the arena put me in the worst mood. We'd made posters (ultimate fangirls) which were then taken off of us because they were only letting in A4 sized ones. Yep, A4. Really great when the whole point you make them is to get noticed! And they also took my camera away from me because of the detachable lens so I had to take photos with my phone which then died. But apart from that it was fab and we had the nicest hotel thanks to Jasmine's mum and I love Cardiff so just being there made it 100 times better.

This was the best photo I got from the show.

Also, here's an interesting story from Cardiff...
When we got to our hotel there was a box car or whatever they're called, like the kind that 1D used to travel in everywhere. We made a joke of it as we went in, "what if 1D are staying here lol". But it turns out, 5 Seconds of Summer were staying in the same hotel as us, and we didn't know until we were on the train home and one of them tweeted about a sci-fi convention in their hotel and we'd seen it earlier that day as we were checking out so that was a bit disappointing but not to worry because we met them anyway yay!

Okay so the next show should obviously be Birmingham, however in between Cardiff and the Birmingham show, One Direction released a new tour date at the O2 again. I'd promised my little sister that I'd take her to their next tour but obviously we don't know when that's going to be so I thought the best idea would be to take her to this one! So after struggling to get tickets I managed to secure 2 right up on Level 4, which I wasn't fussed about and knew she wouldn't be either.
Me and my dad took my little sister to London for the day, keeping the whole thing a secret until we got to the O2. She didn't believe me when I told her what we were doing and studied the tickets for about a minute before screaming thank you in my ear while jumping at me. It was the best feeling knowing that I'd pretty much made her life in that moment.
The seats weren't as bad as I thought they'd be and our view was incredible again. My little sister was buzzing and every time Zayn sang she screamed so loud it was fab.

Our view from our seats.
Before the show.

Last but not least (because it was THE best couple of days) was Birmingham! We could not have ended our 1D adventures in a better way. We drove to Birmingham on the Wednesday by ourselves, which was an achievement in itself, blasting One Direction and 5SOS along the motorway. When we arrived our room wasn't ready so we headed into town and went to the Bullring, which I was super excited about. Just gonna put it out there that this was my idea so the following wouldn't have happened if I hadn't made the decision okay. Anyway we get there, we wander round for a bit then Jasmine get's a call. (I'm making this sound far more serious than it is). 5SOS are in Nando's. It was a lucky guess that it was the one in the Bullring so we wander to the food bit anyway because we're starvin' and low and behold, hello 5SOS. We met Ashton first and then the others came out and they're fab and lovely and it made our day so yeah woo!

                                                                        5SOS LOVIN'

So yeah that happened and then we did boring stuff like eat and get ready for the show later...
We had AMAZING seats for this show, the best yet and we were surprised because Jasmine thought we were on the completely opposite side but we were right by the B stage and not that far from the front. I got a Harry wave and we got some smiles but I won't bore you for much longer because this has been a huuuuge post and I promise they won't be this long in the future! I leave you with some photos from the Birmingham show.
